This guide is the Reac­tor Plan Manual for job hunting.

Divi­ded into two sec­tions, simi­lar to the the reac­tor plant manual and steam plant manual.

The first sec­tion is about you.

You are first, because you are the most cri­ti­cal.  You are the reac­tor.  Your skills, inte­rests, and expe­rience are what crea­tes the steam that powers the job search.

The second sec­tion is about the green job market.

The green job mar­ket — How to use the steam (The Steam Plant Manual).

The simi­lar to the steam plant manual, the sec­tion on green job mar­ket is about the appli­ca­tion of the steam.

The for­mat mimics the Reac­tor Plant Manual.  The “You” and “Green Job Mar­ket” sec­tions are divi­ded into sub-sections for infor­ma­tion and pro­ce­du­res.  The pro­ce­du­res high light prin­ci­ples where appli­ca­ble and esten­tial infor­ma­tion is bolded.
